MAINTENANCE

Turf Systems Inc. is a full service synthetic turf construction firm. It is true that synthetic greens are low maintenance, however, any turf company that represents their infilled turf system as completely maintenance free is misleading you. The average synthetic putting green requires less than 10 hours of maintenance per year.

Turf Systems Inc. offers all of our clients as well as our competitor's customers annual maintenance tune-ups. These tune-ups usually involve power brushing, topdressing, rolling and cup replacement where necessary.

The average cost of these services is about 60 cents per square foot. Greens larger than 1,500 square feet may be eligible for quantity discounting. Many synthetic greens may require less invasive maintenance, in which case, Turf Systems Inc. will train the green owner to perform these minimal maintenance techniques
